Since martial arts is an individual activity, each child is an active and valuable participant in the class. They train with kids their own age and size under well supervised conditions while progressing at their own pace.

PreSKILLZ Program

The curriculum in the PreSKILLZ Program includes years of research and development proven effective for 3 to 6-year olds. Our goal for the program is to maximize the effectiveness of each participants training with valuable lessons that will enhance their life.

The PreSKILLZ Program is a preliminary Martial Arts training course that focuses on building physical, intellectual, emotional, and social values. We call this program the “Pre” SKILLS because it will help each child properly develop fundamental skills and we are confident in what our program can do for your child.

Children of this age are in a unique growth period of their life. They are refined in their gross motor skills and are establishing the foundation of their future skills including focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness, and coordination. These 8 skills are important to have in any sport and in life itself. The more exposure your child has to proper development, the better prepared they are for the future.

In the PreSKILLZ Program your child will train in an environment that is just right for them. They will train with other children in their age group, and will not be limited or overwhelmed by younger or older children. Each class will accommodate every student’s skills and abilities in a way that is not overly demanding or intimidating. We guarantee it!
